UPPDATERAD 23/1 2026. 15 elinstallationsfirmor försattes i konkurs i december. Absolut störst var Bergendahls el projekt AB i Göteborg, med 28 anställda när konkursen var ett faktum.
Konkursen var ett resultat efter att hovrättens dom fallit i målet där Västra Götalandsregionen menade att Bergendahls el överdebiterat för material i byggandet av Drottning Silvias barnsjukhus i Göteborg.
Hovrätten beslutade att Bergendahls måste ge Västra Götalandsregionen tillgång till sina ekonomisystem och delge dem materialkostnader samt alla olika rabatter och bonusar.
Bergendahls fick tre veckor på sig att inkomma med alla uppgifter om entreprenaden, annars skulle ett vite utgå på 100 000 kronor per påbörjad vecka.
Därutöver dömdes Bergendahls att betala regionens rättegångskostnader.
Av bolagets konkursbouppteckning framgår att det vid konkursen fanns en brist på drygt 20 miljoner kronor i boet.
